As the lead stakeholder, I took charge of the campaign, guiding all teams towards a successful execution. My role extended to project managing both the production and creative teams, ensuring that every aspect of the campaign was aligned and executed flawlessly. My responsibilities included securing a roster of A-list talent for panels and events, and ensuring a seamless blend of virtual and in-person engagements to maximize reach and impact. This careful orchestration helped deliver a campaign that was not only timely but also impactful and well-received.
